Yoga Alliance Teacher Training provided through Yoga Fit Boutique

Our comprehensive 8 month program is great for anyone looking for a more detailed understanding of the history of yoga, alignment of postures, study of breath, meditation, chakras, business and marketing, nutritional health, and Thai Yoga & Reiki. Perhaps you want to teach, open and own your own studio, or maybe you just want to create a strong personal practice? This program will help accomplish your goals and dreams.

What is unique about the Yoga Fit Boutique Teacher Training & Wellness School:

  1. We have a heavy emphasis on Hatha & Ashtanga yoga, but we also prepare you for Restorative Yoga, Rocket Yoga, Jaba Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Thai Yoga therapy. You will have the opportunity to see which style best suites you and also learn them all so you can sub and teach a larger variety of yoga classes.

  2. We start you teaching slowly and comfortably in week 2 so that you begin to hear your voice and create a comfort of speaking in front of a group.

  3. You will learn to teach to all body types and use props, as well as how to use yoga as therapy for PTSD

  4. You will learn how to create not only a studio, but a personal training or yoga business. This includes, but is not limited to fitness exercises, learning flexibility assessment, body composition analysis, personal fitness routines, and how to safely instruct.

  5. We will have a heavy emphasis on business training and marketing so that you are prepared and ready to work or start your own business even before training is over.

What you will learn & accomplish in the 200hr Teacher Training and wellness school:
